Jobgether in Poland is seeking a Sr. Business Development Associate to source acquisition opportunities within the vertical software market.

You will identify promising companies, build relationships with owners and senior executives, and create a strong pipeline of potential acquisitions. You’ll engage directly with CEOs, founders, M&A advisors, and private equity professionals across the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within a software company or related client-facing role.
• Experience sourcing at least one completed M&A transaction.
• Strong ability to engage CEOs, founders and investment professionals.

Responsibilities

• Identify new markets, software categories and opportunities for acquisitions.
• Research target companies and identify decision-makers to engage.
• Build and maintain relationships with software executives and investment professionals.
• Develop a compelling value proposition and initiate conversations with targets.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM activity and prioritize opportunities.
• Set and manage BD targets and KPIs for self and team.
