Gravity 9 Solutions Ltd in Poland is seeking a smart, enthusiastic backend software engineer with Java, MongoDB and cloud experience to help clients adopt the latest MongoDB across their applications.

You will take an active lead in team discussions and code reviews, deliver features, and guide less experienced developers in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment across complex projects.

Competenze

• Proven experience with Java and MongoDB in a client-facing setting.
• Experience building microservices with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines; cloud familiarity (Azure/AWS).
• Comfort translating business requirements into technical solutions and leading code reviews.

• Lead team discussions and code reviews to deliver features.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to identify, prioritise and deliver value.
