LeoVegas Group is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join the Retention domain. You will build scalable backend solutions in a microservice architecture, work with Java/Kotlin, Kafka, and Spring/JPA, and collaborate with multiple teams to enhance player engagement across channels.

The role offers a hybrid work model in a fast-paced iGaming environment, with opportunities to shape core value-generating features.

Qualifications

• 4+ years backend development with Java or Kotlin.
• Experience with Kafka messaging.
• Experience with microservice architecture.
• Experience with Spring and JPA.
• MySQL relational databases experience.
• Experience with Claude AI.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, robust solutions in our full-stack team and ensure continuous delivery in a microservice architecture.
• Participate in technical discussions to challenge, propose, evaluate, and guide business needs.
• Collaborate with operational units and stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives with a strong quality mindset.
• Work across the full development chain with end-to-end responsibility.
