Job summary

LeoVegas is seeking a senior software engineer to join our platform domain, focusing on building robust, scalable systems. You will contribute to the developer pipeline tooling, participate in architectural discussions, and own end-to-end delivery from design to implementation.

You will work in the Payments Team, collaborating with colleagues across engineering, architecture, and product to enable secure, streamlined payment flows and fast integrations with global providers.

Qualifications

• Min. 7 years of experience with Java + Spring Boot.
• Experience with MySQL and Kafka.
• Familiarity with microservice architecture.
• Software engineer with ownership of end-to-end solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the platform architecture that supports our business-critical systems.
• Testing (unit tests) and updating documentation.
• Participate in architectural discussions and propose technical improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to meet business needs.
• Contribute to decision-making on building our platform.
