Job summary

OX Security is seeking a sharp Backend Engineer to join the Experience Edge team in a fully remote role. You’ll own features end to end, from concept to production, and engage directly with customers through the Customer Focus Group.

You'll build third-party integrations, design a scalable reporting layer on cloud infrastructure (MongoDB, ClickHouse, Redis, Kubernetes), and lead cross-team initiatives with Security and other groups to turn customer needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own third-party integrations end to end, from design and build through shipping and keeping them reliable at enterprise scale
• Build the platform’s reporting layer and the data model behind it, on high-volume, cloud-based infrastructure (MongoDB, ClickHouse, Redis, Kubernetes)
• Lead cross-team features, bringing engineers from Security and other groups along with you
• Get into any part of the system, understand it quickly, and solve the production challenges that matter most to our customers
• Work side by side with Product on RFEs, helping turn customer needs into the right technical solution
• Talk to customers directly as part of our Customer Focus Group, from pre‑sales conversations to live escalations, and become a truly customer‑centric engineer
