Job summary

Helprise is seeking a Backend Engineer to join our multi-market team. You will design, build, and operate Python-based backend services with FastAPI, ensuring robustness and scalability in production.

The role involves Kubernetes deployment, AWS cloud operations, and data integrations via AWS Glue, while collaborating with React/TypeScript frontend engineers. You'll work across international teams to rollout the PGM solution to multiple countries over the next two years, with a focus on quality,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Backend Engineer with strong focus on Python-based backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications in production environments.
• Experience working with Kubernetes and deploying applications on Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS.
• Understanding of AWS services and cloud-native application architectures.
• Experience with data-related integrations, including AWS Glue and working with external data platforms.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript to support full stack collaboration.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to support and maintain solutions deployed across multiple markets.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments and collaborating with distributed teams.
