Job summary

Readdle is seeking a Senior Back-end Product Engineer who takes end-to-end ownership from problem understanding to production. You will design scalable backend services and data models for Fluix, collaborate across teams, and continuously improve through AI-enabled development and strong testing.

You will work on core backend systems for workflow automation, document processing, e-signatures, and integrations, delivering reliable product experiences for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering with end-to-end ownership of features or services.
• Strong PHP and Symfony expertise with solid API design and clean code practices.
• Hands-on AWS experience and familiarity with Kubernetes/serverless architectures.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and frameworks like ExpressJS or NestJS.
• Ability to use AI daily in development and explain the value and validation.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from problem understanding to production release.
• Design scalable backend services, APIs, and data models.
• Decompose work, make architectural decisions, and present solutions.
• Refactor codebase, improve test coverage, and monitor production.
• Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, iOS, Android, and Support teams.
