Zexter is seeking a Backend Developer to join the team remotely, building scalable backend solutions for iGaming products. You will own features end-to-end from development to production, work with NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker/Kubernetes in a modern tech stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial backend development with Node.js/TypeScript.
• 5+ years of hands-on production experience with PostgreSQL and other relational databases.
• Strong SQL expertise: indexing, performance analysis, transactions, bottlenecks.
• 5+ years of commercial experience with NestJS.
• Experience with high-load production systems.
• Solid experience with automated testing (unit, component, integration).
• Experience with load testing and bottleneck validation under heavy traffic.
• Experience with Redis, message queues, background jobs, event-driven architecture.
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Code quality: clean, maintainable, testable, well-structured; ownership and deployment.

Responsabilités

• Own backend features from development to production, including maintenance and improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable APIs.
• Design and implement scalable, robust backend service architectures.
• Ensure performance and reliability under heavy traffic and production incidents.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, logging, monitoring, and incident response.
