Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend development experience with Node.js, TypeScript and NestJS.
• Strong PostgreSQL experience and SQL optimization skills.
• Proven leadership as Tech Lead/Team Lead or strong technical leadership.
• Experience building high-load production systems and driving architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Backend Engineers.
• Own backend architecture and drive key technical decisions.
• Lead development of complex, high-load backend solutions.
• Develop and maintain services using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues.
• Identify and solve performance and reliability issues.
• Ensure data consistency and reliability of critical systems.
• Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other teams.
• Take ownership of technical initiatives from design to production.
