Job summary

voize, a fast-growing Warsaw-based tech startup, is hiring a Backend Engineer to join the US/UK squad. You will ensure smooth data flows between voize and partner software, building integrations with care and scale.

Target candidates bring Kotlin mastery, API integration experience, and strong English communication skills. The role offers flexible hours and a hybrid setup with regular team events in Germany.

Qualifications

• Several years of backend development and API integration experience.
• Proficiency with Kotlin and Coroutines.
• API design using REST or GraphQL.
• Fluent English (C1) for communications with customers.
• Willingness to travel to Germany every 2 months.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of integrations connecting voize with systems in care and medical sectors.
• Build a scalable API, set industry standards, and work with partners/clients.
• Take end-to-end ownership from idea to ongoing development of integrations.
• Design thoughtful data models and sustainable solutions for complex systems.
• Work with impact by saving caregivers time and improving documentation.
