Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve the event‑sourced engine and its API surfaces.
• Lead end‑to‑end initiatives, balancing scope, risk, and delivery.
• Ship high‑impact engine features with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Ensure safe upgrades, replay safety, and observable production systems.
• Identify bottlenecks in data access patterns and optimize them.
• Mentor teammates and drive engineering excellence across the team.
