Job summary

Threecolts is seeking a Software Engineer to enhance Inventory Lab’s systems using C# and Java. In this role, you will own feature delivery, design scalable services, and troubleshoot production issues, working alongside Product and DevOps teams to create impactful solutions. Candidates should have 5–8+ years in software engineering, strong C#/Java skills, and a collaborative mindset.

The position is fully remote with a competitive salary of $140,000 per year along with benefits including regular rate reviews and opportunities for company-wide offsites.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and Java.
• Experience building and maintaining backend services and APIs.
• Solid understanding of system design and scalable application patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of features across Inventory Lab’s C# and Java-based systems.
• Design and build clean, scalable services and APIs.
• Debug production issues and implement durable fixes.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to build meaningful features.
