Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
• Strong backend engineering experience, including API design and distributed systems concepts.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and advanced SQL.
• Strong focus on software quality, testing, security, and maintainability.
• Experience designing and building secure, reliable, and scalable software systems.
• Excellent communication and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical decision-making including technology selection and architecture design.
• Design and implement high-quality features across backend and frontend stacks.
• Address performance bottlenecks in critical product areas.
• Maintain engineering standards via code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Reduce technical debt and improve maintainability, reliability, and scalability.
• Promote software development best practices across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define priorities and deliver value.
• Work with Product and Customer Interactions teams to align user needs with the product.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
