Cognism Warsaw Hub is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build backend services powering DaaS, APIs and MCP. You’ll work on cloud-native distributed systems processing large data volumes and exposing secure, scalable APIs for enterprise clients.

You will design and implement features, own code quality, and collaborate across Product, Architecture, Platform, and Data teams to raise engineering standards and deliver reliable services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development skills with Java/Scala/Kotlin/C#/TypeScript.
• Experience designing REST APIs and distributed microservices.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS or another major cloud platform.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git and modern software engineering practices.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and maintain backend services supporting DaaS, APIs and MCP.
• Deliver production-ready software with focus on quality, reliability and performance.
• Own features from design through deployment and operational support.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Platform and Data Engineering teams.
• Write automated tests and participate in code reviews.
