Job summary

Aduna Global is seeking an experienced Software Developer for the Traffic Plane team in Łódź. You will contribute to technical direction, design reviews, and system architecture while collaborating with Engineering, Product, SRE, Security, and CSP partners.

This hands-on role emphasizes technical leadership, mentorship of junior engineers, and cross-team collaboration without people management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building backend services and distributed systems in production.
• Senior Developer or equivalent technical role at a tech company.
• Experience delivering initiatives with availability, performance, and security requirements.
• Experience integrating with telecom service APIs.
• Background in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language: Go, Java, or Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), Kubernetes, Service Meshes like Istio, caches and message brokers.
• Strong observability, SLOs, capacity planning, and performance engineering knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical direction and architectural decisions for API aggregation.
• Lead design reviews for API aggregation components including authentication, observability, and security.
• Mentor engineers and promote testing, observability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product to translate business goals into technical solutions and improve developer productivity.
