Job summary

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our SMM team, owning B2B social media and community-building initiatives end-to-end with strong focus on English content for expert topics.

The role requires collaborating with internal teams and external partners to develop strategies, measure performance, and drive engagement across LinkedIn and other platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing, SMM, content or digital marketing experience.
• Native Russian is required.
• English at B2+ level with strong written and spoken skills.
• Excellent English copywriting for technical/B2B topics.
• Strong understanding of B2B social media, analytics and engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with autonomy.
• Experience with growing communities and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B social media and community-building strategies.
• Own end-to-end management of social media initiatives from planning to execution and analysis.
• Create engaging English-language content for B2B audiences, including expert topics.
• Grow professional communities across relevant platforms and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve social media performance and explore new formats.
