Job summary

AirHelp in Kraków is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for our B2B ecosystem, from partner-facing experiences to end-user communications and payout flows.

You will build a B2B marketing toolkit, run partner research, and ensure design serves OTAs, insurers, and TMCs. Collaboration with Product and Product Marketing is essential, with focus on fast-moving, data-grounded decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing B2B product experiences.
• Ability to translate buyer psychology into product and partner journeys.
• Experience conducting partner interviews and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B design end-to-end for partner-facing and end-user flows.
• Create a library of sales decks and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing on go-to-market planning.
• Run partner interviews and validations to ground work in real needs.
• Iterate designs based on usage data and feedback.
• Deliver launch collateral and case studies.
