Job summary

AirHelp is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of our B2B ecosystem, spanning partner-facing product experiences, claims/payout flows, and end-user communications. You’ll craft a sales toolkit and conduct partner research to validate pain points, ensuring every deliverable meets the needs of OTAs, insurers, and travel-management companies.

You will collaborate with Product and Product Marketing on early planning, run interviews and usability tests, and refine designs

Qualifications

• Senior product designer with B2B experience in tech.
• Fluent in business English.
• Ability to design across partner-facing and end-user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B design end-to-end: partner experiences, end-user journeys, claims/payout flows and marketing site.
• Build and maintain a B2B marketing toolkit: sales decks, one-pagers, campaign assets.
• Conduct partner interviews and usability tests to validate pain points.
• Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing on go-to-market planning.
• Iterate on flows based on real usage and feedback from partners.
• Deliver launch collateral and build repeatable B2B design processes.
