Job summary

Thinkproject is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to develop and maintain engineering and cloud infrastructure, optimise automation, and support software delivery across teams. You will own CI/CD and IaC platforms, design scalable pipelines, and ensure secure, reliable operations for Thinkproject's platforms.

The role requires deep Azure expertise, production release experience, and a strong focus on security and governance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of DevOps/SRE experience with 3+ years focused on Azure and Azure DevOps at scale.
• Proven track record owning the CI/CD + IaC platform for multiple development teams, enabling secure and fast delivery.
• Experience designing and operating production-grade releases (blue/green, canary, rollback), incident response, and post-mortems.
• Experience with security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2), change management, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Automation: Design and implement secure automated deployment processes; CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins; IaC with Ansible, Terraform.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to infrastructure, applications, and deployments.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and performance metrics.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Implement monitoring, logging, alerting; ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work with software developers and IT professionals to automate operations and share knowledge.
• Security: Implement automated security checks in pipelines; ensure compliance; participate in audits and security initiatives.
