Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join its expanding engineering team. The role focuses on designing and operating cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation across AKS, with a strong ownership mindset and collaboration with development teams.

You will drive infrastructure as code initiatives, improve monitoring and incident response, and influence cloud governance and security practices within a hybrid Kraków-based environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Operations, or similar environments.
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code expertise using Terraform.
• Experience working with Kubernetes and containerised environments.
• Hands-on experience with AKS.
• Strong operational mindset with experience supporting production environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Managing and improving Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Supporting and expanding Kubernetes workloads within AKS.
• Enhancing monitoring, reliability, and incident response processes.
• Collaborating closely with software engineers to improve deployment and operational practices.
• Driving automation initiatives across infrastructure and platform operations.
• Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and production issues.
• Contributing to cloud governance, security, and platform best practices.
• Taking ownership of projects from design through implementation and ongoing support.
