Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join its expanding engineering team. The role focuses on designing and operating cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation across AKS, with a strong ownership mindset and collaboration with development teams.

You will drive infrastructure as code initiatives, improve monitoring and incident response, and influence cloud governance and security practices within a hybrid Kraków-based environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Operations, or similar environments.
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code expertise using Terraform.
• Experience working with Kubernetes and containerised environments.
• Hands-on experience with AKS.
• Strong operational mindset with experience supporting production environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.

A growing international SaaS business is looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join its expanding engineering team in Malmö.

The company has built a successful cloud-based product used by organisations across multiple markets and is entering an exciting phase of technical growth. As the platform continues to scale, the engineering team is investing heavily in cloud infrastructure, automation, platform reliability, and Kubernetes adoption.

This is a hands‑on role for an experienced engineer who enjoys taking ownership, solving complex operational challenges, and working closely with software development teams to deliver reliable, scalable cloud solutions.

You'll play a key role in the evolution of the company's Azure platform, helping to improve infrastructure, deployment processes, observability, automation, and operational excellence.
