Job summary

Workai is seeking a Senior Azure Developer to lead the algorithmic core of its AI-Native platform research project. You will work on advanced AI infrastructure combining LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, semantic search, multi-agent orchestration, and enterprise SaaS architecture.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in senior cloud roles, deep Azure expertise, and experience with multi-tenant SaaS. On-site presence in Białystok required one week every 2–3 months; flexible hybrid remote work is offered.

Qualifications

5+ years in senior/lead cloud solutions architecture
Solid understanding of Azure cloud services, microservices & API management
Knowledge of MCP protocol or similar context protocols; practical ML/AI tools usage
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and data isolation
Relational and non-relational databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB) & analytics
Agile, DevOps, and modern software development tools
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
Polish (C1+) and English (B2+)
Willingness for on-site presence in Białystok one week every 2–3 months
Higher technical education in CS or related field

Responsibilities

Lead the algorithmic core of the AI-Native platform research project
Design and implement MCP Graph Broker for enterprise environments in Poland
Research AI agent integration with Knowledge Graphs and real-time context brokering
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in technology practices
