Job summary

Visigon is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with deep expertise in AxiomSL to join our growing team. You will design, build, and optimize data, control, and reporting workflows within AxiomSL ControllerView for client projects.

This high-impact role combines business and technology, translating regulatory requirements into concrete configurations, leading implementations, and ensuring successful go-lives across the Nordic region and Poland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in capital markets or regulatory technology.
• Hands-on expertise in AxiomSL ControllerView.
• Familiarity with COREP, FINREP, liquidity or capital adequacy reporting.
• Ability to translate requirements into configurations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical SME on AxiomSL ControllerView, including data sourcing, data management, and workflow/configuration.
• Lead and support AxiomSL implementations, configurations, and upgrades within client environments.
• Design and build data flows, business rules, and control frameworks within ControllerView.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into specifications and configure them in the platform.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues, control breaks, and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Support testing cycles (UAT, regression) and coordinate go-live and post-go-live activities.

With offices in Copenhagen and Stockholm and a team of dedicated experts across Denmark, Sweden and Poland, we have spent over a decade helping financial institutions navigate complex digital transformation projects, primarily on the Calypso and AxiomSL platforms, two of the world’s leading capital markets and regulatory technology systems.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with deep expertise in AxiomSL to join our growing team. You will work directly with our clients to design, build, and optimise data, control, and reporting workflows within AxiomSL ControllerView.

This is a high-impact role where you will operate at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex data and regulatory requirements into concrete technical solutions and driving delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the technical subject matter expert on AxiomSL ControllerView, including data sourcing, data management, and workflow and control configuration
• Leading and supporting AxiomSL implementations, configurations, and upgrades within client environments
• Designing and building data flows, business rules, and control frameworks within ControllerView
• Translating business and regulatory requirements into functional and technical specifications, and configuring them directly within the platform
• Investigating and resolving data quality issues, control breaks, and reconciliation discrepancies
• Supporting testing cycles (UAT, regression) and coordinating go-live and post-go-live activities

Who You Are

• Preferably 5+ years of experience working within capital markets or regulatory technology, with hands-on technical expertise in AxiomSL
• Strong, demonstratable experience with AxiomSL ControllerView, including data sourcing, ETL, and control/workflow configuration
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g. COREP, FINREP, liquidity or capital adequacy reporting) is a significant advantage
• Proven ability to engage directly with technical and business stakeholders and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable configuration
• Structured and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating across distributed teams and client organisations
• Preferably: Fluent in English, written and spoken. Additional Nordic or Polish language skills are a significant advantage
• Preferably based in Poland or alternatively Sweden
