Job summary

VML Poland, part of WPP, seeks a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to join our automotive client in a hybrid setting. You will craft best-in-class experiences across in-car infotainment, companion apps, and digital portals, leading design thinking from discovery to high-fidelity UI execution.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, bridging UX and UI, driving user-centric strategies, components, and system‑level design across multiple brands to deliver engaging automotive digital products.

Qualifications

• Experience designing for automotive UX/UI across devices and surfaces.
• Ability to frame complex problems and define opportunities.
• Proven end-to-end design delivery with stakeholder input.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design across in-car, mobile, and portals for automotive client.
• Bridge UX strategy, interaction design and high‑fidelity UI, ensuring consistency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders to shape product direction.
• Create scalable design artefacts, prototypes, and release notes to support alignment.
• Translate user research and data into actionable design decisions.
