Qualifications

• 3+ years of Python development delivering production-quality solutions.
• Strong front-end UI development with JavaScript and building user interfaces.
• Full stack development across front-end, back-end, and data layers.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and validating data.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Willingness to learn self-service analytics and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end applications and automation using Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Develop high-quality front-end experiences and interfaces for financial insights.
• Engineer back-end services and data pipelines to improve analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with Corporate Technology to implement secure, scalable solutions.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, issues, and timelines clearly.
• Contribute to development, documentation, and training to improve adoption.
• Provide ongoing support and iterative enhancements for existing solutions.
