Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Warsaw seeks a Treasury Regional Analytics Senior Associate to support EU/UK/Latin America liquidity analyses. You will translate balance-sheet movements into actionable insights for senior leaders and work with Treasury, Finance and Risk to improve forecasting and reporting.

You will gain exposure to a wide range of CIB products and regional business events while contributing to capital and liquidity risk management at the entity level.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, investigative problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of capital markets, liquidity risk management and funding concepts.
• System fluency in Excel as well as ability to leverage Alteryx, Tableau, Databricks and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, monthly and quarterly liquidity surpluses as measured across regulatory metrics like LCR and NSFR.
• Assess upstream drivers impacting aggregate entity liquidity positions.
• Support regional liquidity forecasting and provide insight into expected IB activities pipeline.
• Partner with regional Treasury and firmwide teams to ensure convergence of analyses.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Finance and Risk to share trends and business background behind liquidity usage.
• Track balance sheet shifts and link to shifts in liquidity, including third-party and affiliate balance movements.
• Support ongoing analytic reviews of business-level liquidity usage and volatility.
• Produce recurring senior-level reviews (ALCOs and weekly updates) and assist in signing off monthly actuals.
• Provide analytic support for regulator and senior management ad-hoc requests.
