Job description

We are seeking a Senior Associate- Business Integrator Program to drive the structured execution of business-critical programs focused on process and system integration in the context of M&A.

You will play a critical role in ensuring operational discipline across key programs. You will work closely with Senior Program Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate activities, track progress, manage program tools, and ensure that delivery runs smoothly and on time.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and cross-functional coordination. Your work will directly contribute to the success of strategic programs by enabling transparency, consistency, and follow-through across all program layers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and execution of cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment across business and IT stakeholders.
  • Own and maintain core program governance tools, including detailed timelines, RAID logs, action trackers, and decision registers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate key meetings: program governance, workstream syncs, issue resolution forums, and steering committees.
  • Prepare agendas, capture structured meeting notes, and ensure timely follow-up on actions and escalations.
  • Track dependencies, risks, and milestones across multiple workstreams to provide a consolidated delivery view.
  • Ensure consistency and clarity in program status reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks or bottlenecks and support mitigation planning.
  • Collaborate with business leads to ensure disciplined execution and alignment with program goals.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, templates, and governance practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project or program delivery, ideally in a transformation, PMO, or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or SAFe), and best practices in execution management.
  • Proven ability to manage RAID logs, timelines, resource tracking, and project reporting.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation, ERP/system change, or post-merger projects is a strong plus.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems and driving accountability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment.
