Job summary

AppTweak seeks a highly motivated, customer‑oriented Growth Consultant with strong ASO expertise to join our team. You will work with Enterprise clients to develop customized ASO and App Store Acquisition strategies, including Apple Search Ads, and support execution with data‑driven recommendations and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales or any relevant field.
• 5+ years of Mobile UA or ASO experience, ideally including hands-on experience with Apple Ads (Apple Search Ads).
• Experience with AppTweak or a similar ASO/App Store marketing platform is a strong plus.
• Agency or client management experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset: Proficiency with Excel, proven track record with complex data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills with ability to present findings to clients or stakeholders.
• Team player and over-communicator with proactive feedback culture.
• Highly organized and able to deliver in fast-paced environment.
• Curious and creative with knowledge of core mobile marketing terminology.

Responsibilities

• Develop ASO expertise and stay updated on Apple App Store and Google Play Store trends.
• Create ASO audits, run keyword optimizations and build recommendations to increase app visibility and installs for Enterprise clients.
• Provide data-driven growth recommendations and expert advice to clients.
• Present analyses and recommendations and support with ASO and app marketing queries.
• Establish strong relationships with customers and proactively resolve problems.
• Promote ASO/Growth Managed Services to Enterprise customers in line with priorities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Head of ASO to identify improvements in consultancy services.
• Provide product feedback to help enhance features.
• Contribute ASO content (blogs/videos) for clients and leads.
• Collaborate with VP of Consulting Services to explore UA consultancy opportunities.
