AppTweak seeks a highly motivated Growth Consultant with ASO expertise to partner with Enterprise clients on bespoke ASO and app growth strategies, including Apple Ads. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver audits, insights, and data‑driven recommendations that drive installs and visibility.

You will develop deep ASO knowledge, present findings to clients, and contribute to content that broadens client understanding of mobile growth. A fast‑paced environment awaits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales or any relevant field.
• 2–3 years of Mobile UA or ASO experience, ideally including hands‑on experience with Apple Ads.
• Experience with AppTweak or a similar ASO/App Store marketing platform is a strong plus.
• Agency or client management experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data extrapolation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills with ability to present findings to clients.

• Develop ASO expertise and stay updated on Apple App Store and Google Play growth trends.
• Create ASO audits, conduct keyword optimizations, and build recommendations to boost visibility and installs.
• Provide data‑driven expert advice to generate growth opportunities for Enterprise clients.
• Present analyses and recommendations to clients and support ASO and app marketing questions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and proactively resolve problems using ASO knowledge.
• Promote and deliver ASO/Growth Managed Services to Enterprise customers per needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
• Coordinate with Head of ASO to identify areas for improvement in ASO Consultancy services.
• Provide product feedback to the product team for new features and enhancements.
• Contribute ASO content like blog posts and videos to educate clients and leads.
• Collaborate with VP of Consulting Services to develop UA Consultancy opportunities.
