Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Senior Low level & Hardware Performance Engineer II (ARM) to join our Hardware Acceleration & Performance Team in Wroclaw, Poland. You will optimize low‑level systems, implement SR-IOV/NFV offloading, and explore NVLink capabilities on our ARM servers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in low‑level systems programming, strong C/C++ skills, and a track record in PCIe pass‑through and high‑speed interconnects, contributing to performance and throughput across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or related field.
4+ years in low-level systems programming, hardware offloading, and performance optimization.
Strong C/C++ skills for systems programming.
Knowledge of SR-IOV, NFV, and PCIe pass-through technologies.
Experience with acceleration frameworks/kernel bypass (eBPF or DPDK).

Responsibilities

Implement and tune hardware-based network offloading (SR-IOV/NFV) on bare-metal ARM hosts.
Profile PCIe, DMA throughput, and memory latencies across architectures.
Benchmark and integrate NVLink mechanisms to optimize CPU-to-CPU interconnects.
Deliver kernel and user-space optimizations to maximize platform throughput.
