Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group in Poland seeks a Senior Application Operations Specialist to support release management, monitor production systems, and resolve incidents. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and performance in production environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, SQL, and monitoring tools, with strong English communication and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Jenkins and GitHub/Bitbucket.
• Experience with Apache Kafka and SQL.
• Knowledge of LDAP, Kerberos or JWT.
• Familiarity with OpenSSL, keytool and HTTPS.
• Experience with Splunk for logging.
• Knowledge of Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support Release Management in delivering software to production environments.
• Monitor production systems, investigate technical issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide Level 2 (L2) support for production incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues and prevent recurring incidents.
• Collaborate with technical teams to maintain the stability and reliability of production environments.
