DCG (Poland) is seeking a Senior Application Operations Specialist to support release management, monitor and troubleshoot production systems, and provide L2 incident support. The role emphasizes RCA and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure stability and reliability of critical environments.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and monitoring tools, plus strong communication in English.

Qualificações

• > Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• > Knowledge of Jenkins and version control platforms (GitHub/Bitbucket)
• > Experience with Apache Kafka
• > Good understanding of SQL
• > Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (LDAP, Kerberos, JWT)
• > Familiarity with cryptography tools (OpenSSL, keytool) and secure communication protocols (HTTPS)
• > Experience with logging and troubleshooting tools (Splunk)
• > Knowledge of monitoring, metrics, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana)
• > Good understanding of microservices architecture
• > Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• > Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Responsabilidades

• Support Release Management in delivering software to production environments
• Monitor production systems, investigate technical issues, and ensure timely resolution
• Provide Level 2 (L2) support for production incidents
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues and prevent recurring incidents
• Collaborate with technical teams to maintain the stability and reliability of production environments
