Applied AI / ML Engineer position in Warsaw seeks an experienced professional to design, build and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, ML or related field.
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, ML, Math, Statistics, Physics, Engineering or Quantitative Finance or equivalent experience.
• Strong production ML experience in AWS environments.
• Proficient Python with knowledge of another language such as C++ or Java.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy production-grade ML/AI solutions for complex business problems.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers and domain experts to advance production ML systems.
• Research, prototype, evaluate new AI/ML approaches and technologies.
• Build robust data and ML pipelines from data prep to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop, test and maintain high-quality, scalable software.
• Apply MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, deployment and lifecycle management.
• Work with AWS technologies including SageMaker, Lambda and S3.
• Create reusable libraries, frameworks and standards for reliable ML systems.
• Take technical ownership of projects and demonstrate leadership across teams.
• Represent the organisation at technology and AI/ML conferences and communities
