Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer - Generative AI to manage revenue-generating data flows and deliver integration solutions across enterprise platforms.

You will design, build, and configure enterprise integration flows on webMethods, connect CRM platforms with SAP hubs, and validate complex Order-to-Cash processes using AI-assisted tooling. Hybrid work in Poland is available and English at B2 level or higher is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in APIs and Integration.
• REST and SOAP API development with webMethods Integration Server and API Gateway.
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes, commercial document flows, and supply chain lifecycle transactions.
• Experience integrating enterprise CRM platforms, specifically Dynamics 365 APIs, with backend ERP systems.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure enterprise integration flows on Software AG webMethods supporting Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Quotations.
• Build and maintain secure REST/SOAP APIs connecting external CRM platforms with core enterprise SAP sales hubs.
• Configure SAP SD module integration mechanisms, RFCs, and IDoc/ALE pipelines for commercial transactions.
• Utilize AI-powered coding assistants and automated unit-testing scripts to validate transformation logic against complex Order-to-Cash functional specifications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, test co-ordinators, and business process owners to rapidly triage, investigate, and resolve SIT and UAT defects.
• Participate in migration rehearsals, validate commercial interface re-pointing, and support hypercare stabilization during go-live.
• Unit-test configured interfaces against end-to-end Order-to-Cash process flows.
• Leverage AI-assisted API refactoring tools and intelligent payload anomaly detection to ensure data fidelity and flawless wave execution.

Requirements

• Proficiency in developing REST and SOAP APIs using webMethods Integration Server and API Gateway
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes, commercial document flows, and supply chain lifecycle transactions
• Familiarity with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, IDoc/ALE configurations, and RFC/BAPI mapping
• Experience integrating enterprise CRM platforms, specifically Dynamics 365 APIs, with backend ERP systems
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted mapping tools, automated test scripts, and intelligent payload validation platforms
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience working on M&A IT carve-outs, corporate divestitures, or commercial system separation programs
• Familiarity with enterprise integration inventories (Ardoq) and automated CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Certifications in webMethods or cloud integration architectures
