Job summary

MDM ART in Poland is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer (3 FTEs) to join the Neptune Team. You will drive automated testing for Master Data Management solutions, focusing on SOAP/REST API testing, database testing, and backend data distribution processes.

Hybrid work with 3 office days per week starting Sep/Oct 2026. Candidates should have Java 17+, RESTAssured, JUnit 5, and strong QA process knowledge; you will architect scalable test frameworks and contribute to the Automation First

Qualifications

• 6+ years of automated testing experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong QA methodology across planning, design, execution, and defect management.
• Hands-on Java 17+ with RESTAssured, JUnit 5, and Clean Code principles.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API testing and POJO-based design.
• Proficiency in test frameworks, CI/CD (Jenkins/Bamboo), and Git workflows.
• Knowledge of Allure for test reporting and SQL for backend validation.
• Familiarity with Kafka-based integrations and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated tests for APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Develop and maintain existing test automation frameworks.
• Create regression tests and integrate with CI/CD processes.
• Support an Automation First approach and mentor juniors.
• Collaborate with Developers, Analysts, Product Owners, and other teams.
• Automate new features and existing products; analyze results and provide evidence.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to boost efficiency.
