Job summary

Nourish Care is Krakow-based, delivering digital partner software for the social and health care sector. The Empower API team is migrating from Symfony/PHP to a Go backend, with a Vue.js front end and AWS deployment.

You will mentor others, review code, and help shape the technical direction during this modernization effort. The role requires strong full‑stack experience (Go, Vue/React) and comfort with Agile teams, AWS services, and AI coding tools.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial full stack development experience (5+ years).
• Hands-on with Go and Vue/React; familiarity with PHP/Symfony for legacy transition.
• Cloud experience with AWS, source control via Git, Linux command line, and SQL databases.
• Agile experience (Scrum or Kanban) and unit testing practice.
• Proficiency in at least one other programming language and AI coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, build, and improve the Empower API.
• Lead or contribute to migrating Symfony functionality to Go.
• Develop the new Vue.js front end during the Drupal-to-Go migration.
• Work within an Agile team to deliver software improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning as a team.
• Analyze logs/metrics to optimize systems and assist partners with APIs.
• Support client-facing colleagues in diagnosing issues.
• Mentor teammates through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
