Job summary

CoverGo is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to guide the design, implementation, and maintenance of our SaaS platform. You will provide technical direction across front-end and back-end, ensuring scalable software solutions and best coding practices.

You will mentor junior developers, drive innovation, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into cohesive, high-performance applications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Full Stack engineering experience in SaaS.
• At least 2 years in a lead/manager role.
• Strong back-end in .NET Core, C#.
• Front-end in JavaScript with Vue.js and/or React.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
• Experience with microservices and clean architecture.
• TDD and testing practices.
• Secure coding and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication across diverse teams.
• Agile development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance enterprise software.
• Provide technical direction on tech choices and architecture.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering for requirements.
• Optimize platform performance for large datasets and high traffic.
• Conduct and lead code reviews; enforce coding standards.
• Address bugs promptly to maintain reliability.
