Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern web apps using Angular and TypeScript. You will drive frontend architecture decisions and mentor junior developers in a hybrid work model.

You will collaborate with backend teams on API design, implement accessible UIs, and contribute to CI/CD. Strong English and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial Angular experience.
• Strong knowledge of Angular 16+ (signals, standalone components) and TypeScript.
• Experience with REST API integration, state mgmt (RxJS/NgRx) and component-based architecture.
• Ability to lead technical decisions and conduct code reviews.
• Proficiency with Git and Azure DevOps; able to estimate and plan complex work.
• Ability to own frontend roadmap and translate business needs to technical solutions.
• Excellent English communication (B2).
