Job summary

Finom is seeking a Senior Android Engineer or Tech Lead to own end-to-end Android development for our fintech platform across Europe. You’ll design, implement, and maintain features with Jetpack Compose, modern patterns, and robust testing.

You will collaborate with Backend, Design, QA, and Product to shape architecture, drive quality, and mentor peers. Hybrid/remote options across Europe, with stock options and Work & Swim program.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and 5+ years of commercial Android development.
• Proven experience with Android architecture patterns (MVVM/MVI/MVP).
• Hands-on with DI (Dagger/Hilt/Koin) and Retrofit for networking.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new features for our Android app used by European business owners.
• Architect reliable solutions for multi-account cash flow, banking transactions, and card issuance.
• Own code quality, reviews, and CI/CD contributions.
