Job summary

Trax Retail is seeking an experienced Android Engineer to step into a technical leadership role, combining deep platform expertise with strong communication skills. You will shape the mobile engineering process while maintaining hands-on coding involvement.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining features for the GoSpotCheck Android application, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with diverse teams across Europe. Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong understanding of architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience mentoring other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core features of the GoSpotCheck Android application.
• Drive architecture decisions and code quality standards.
• Mentor and support fellow engineers through guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
• Identify and drive improvements in development workflows.
