Emerson is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Reliability Solutions team. You will design, develop, test, and optimize Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern patterns.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing to deliver high-quality software that improves reliability and performance for global operations. You will mentor others, participate in code reviews, and drive best practices while ensuring security and scalable architectures.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Professional proficiency in English and Polish for collaboration.
• Strong background in Android development and modern frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications.
• Analyze customer and business requirements to deliver software solutions.
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements and product experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers to design robust software architecture.
• Develop, test, and maintain code including unit/integration tests.
• Profile and optimize performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Create technical documentation and developer tools.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices.
• Identify risks and support implementation planning.
• Work with cross-functional teams including product and marketing.
• Support process improvements and share knowledge with the team.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and IP development.
