Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Android Developer to join a long-term product development initiative focused on logistics and digital services. You will design, build, and enhance mobile applications used by millions, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

You will lead in performance tuning, architectural improvements, and automated testing, while contributing to technical decisions and documentation for ongoing success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial Android development experience.
• Strong Kotlin skills and hands-on Android SDK experience.
• Experience building modern UIs with Jetpack Compose and using Coroutines.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD practices, and scalable mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Android apps focusing on stability and responsiveness.
• Refactor and optimize existing code and architectures.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for test and release processes.
• Deliver clean, testable code and participate in technical decision making.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for development and operations.
