Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Mid / Senior Android Developer with strong native Android and Kotlin experience to build high-scale B2C applications. This hands-on role requires deep technical breadth across architecture, concurrency, testing, and end-to-end delivery.

You will own features end-to-end, collaborating with product, design and backend teams to ship robust mobile experiences for millions of users in Poland and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of native Android/Kotlin experience with a CS/STEM degree, or 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience without a CS/STEM degree.
• For Senior candidates: 5+ years with a CS/STEM degree or 8+ years without a degree.
• Recent focus on native Android development with Kotlin in the last 2–3 years.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with multi-module architecture, domain/data layer separation, DTO mappers, Room/SQLite, RecyclerView, and DiffUtil.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from architecture to delivery, not just UI work.
• Drive architectural decisions and backend integration for high-scale B2C apps.
• Lead testing, CI/CD, Play releases, crash/error tracking, and production monitoring.
