Sii Poland is hiring a Senior Android Developer to design, build and improve mobile applications for millions of users in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will craft high-performance Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, optimize UI and asynchronous code with Coroutines, and contribute to scalable architecture while driving quality through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial Android development experience.
• Proficient in Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and asynchronous programming with Coroutines.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD.

• Enhancing existing solutions through refactoring, code optimization, and continuous architectural improvements

As a Senior Android Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and improving high-performance mobile applications, working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. This position offers the opportunity to influence technical decisions, contribute to software architecture, and help deliver reliable, scalable, and user-centric products.

Your tasks

• Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Android applications with a focus on performance, stability, and responsiveness
• Enhancing existing solutions through refactoring, code optimization, and continuous architectural improvements

Requirements

• At least 6 years of commercial experience in Android application development
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and hands-on experience with the Android SDK
• Practical experience building modern user interfaces with Jetpack Compose
• Solid knowledge of asynchronous programming and concurrency using Coroutines
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD practices, and maintaining scalable mobile applications
• Fluent communication skills in both Polish and English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment
