Sii Poland is hiring a Senior Android Developer to join a long-term product development initiative in Kraków. The role focuses on building high-performance Android apps, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment and influencing technical decisions.

You will work on scalable mobile solutions, implement architecture improvements, and contribute to documentation and quality standards. The position requires strong Kotlin skills and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of commercial experience in Android application development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and hands-on experience with the Android SDK.
• Practical experience building modern user interfaces with Jetpack Compose.
• Solid knowledge of asynchronous programming and concurrency using Coroutines.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD practices, and maintaining scalable mobile applications.
• Fluent communication in Polish and English enabling collaboration in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications with focus on performance, stability, and responsiveness.
• Refactor and optimize existing solutions, improve architecture, and code quality.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and release processes.
• Deliver high-quality, testable, and maintainable code and contribute to technical decisions.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support development and operations.
