Luxoft Poland is seeking a Senior Android/C++ Engineer to design and maintain Android applications and native C++ integration layers for video collaboration devices. You will implement features, architect the system, and maintain existing solutions.

You will collaborate with CV/ML researchers and C++ engineers to expose new algorithms through the Android layer, ensure robust IPC, and optimize real-time video processing on Android hardware.

Qualificações

• 5+ years IT experience
• 5+ years experience with system or framework implementation
• Strong experience with Android app development (Java and/or Kotlin)
• Experience with Android IPC mechanisms (AIDL, Messenger, ContentProvider, BroadcastReceiver)
• Strong experience with native C++ development (C++11 or newer)
• Hands-on experience with JNI
• Experience with Git

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain Android applications using Java/Kotlin.
• Build and extend JNI layer to connect Android with C++20 libraries.
• Collaborate with CV/ML researchers and C++ engineers to expose algorithms.
• Design IPC interfaces between Android app and existing ecosystem.
• Debug and optimize multithreaded real-time video pipelines on Android.
• Write unit/integration tests for Android and native layers.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards on C++ and Android.
