Job summary

Takeda Lodz seeks a Senior Analyst for Microsoft 365 Platform Engineering to deliver, configure, support, and continuously improve collaboration and productivity platforms within the digital workplace portfolio.

This role emphasizes platform implementation, automation, user experience, and alignment with enterprise technology standards, while collaborating with architects, engineers and business stakeholders to enhance platform capabilities and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of platform administration, configuration management, and operational support.
• Experience with automation tools, scripting, and workflow development.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Understanding of Agile, SDLC, DevOps, and IT Service Management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Understanding of governance, security, and compliance concepts within cloud environments.

About the role
