Job summary

AML RightSource India Private Limited in Kraków, Poland is seeking an experienced AML Analyst to help detect unusual financial activity, conduct KYC checks, and support QA of analysts. You will work with financial institutions to ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to process improvements.

You will lead QA activities, review client files, and assist with training and development of client-specific tools, while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in AML/BSA or financial crime compliance.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to synthesize findings.
• Experience performing QA/QC activities and generating concise reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of financial data to identify suspicious activity.
• Prepare clear written summaries with recommendations and conclusions.
• Perform quality control reviews of work by Associate Analysts.
• Review client files and account activity for AML/KYC compliance.
• Support the Manager in supervising a team of analysts to meet goals.
• Assist with client communication, training, and development of tools.
