This Is How You Make a Difference

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development
• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with above-average grades
• Experience leading tech project teams
• Hands-on knowledge of modern IT architectures, legacy systems, enterprise solutions, and current trends such as cloud, microservices, and AI
• Practical understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, agile methods, cyber resilience, and software development practices
• Ability to evaluate client digital capabilities, conduct feasibility studies, and translate findings into actionable architectural recommendations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics to both technical and business audiences
• Comfort working in interdisciplinary teams and international environments
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
