Qualifications

This Is How You Make a Difference

• 2–3 years of experience in IT: software development, architecture or tech consulting
• Higher education in IT, engineering, business, or a related field
• Ability to design and implement IT architectures and work with modern technologies
• Understanding of integration patterns, microservices, DevOps, the software development lifecycle and AI solutions
• Experience in leading integration and legacy system modernization projects
• Experience working with clients, including at C-level
• Ability to translate business requirements into architectural solutions
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-sufficiency, proactivity, and willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
• Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
